Sattwa Chai is a traditional Far Eastern blend of both black and spicy peppermint teas. It is brewed as a concentrate in small batches. Sattwa grinds and prepares their own spices of cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and black pepper which are added to the tea concentrate. Sattwa Chai is prepared by adding equal parts milk and served as a Chai latte, either hot, by steaming or cold, by pouring over ice.
